Fish Canning ala Beorganik

Siapa nih yang kulkasnya kosong melompong? Nah, kali ini, yuk kita buat persediaan makanan yang bisa kamu simpan di kulkas kalian, Beorfriends!

Kita akan buat Fish Canning dengan bahan-bahan organik yang sehat, bergizi, dan juga pastinya tetap bisa disimpan dalam jangka waktu yang cukup lama. 7 hari jika di suhu ruangan yang sejuk & kering, dan 30 hari jika disimpan di chiller.

Ingredients​

1. [200 gr] Ikan Nila Tilapia

2. [2 Siung] Bawah Putih

3. [1 Sliced] Lemon

4. [1/4 sdt] Beorganik Himalayan Salt

5. [1/4 sdt] Beorganik All Purpose Seasoning

6. [100 ml] Cooking Coconut Oil

7. [1/8 sdt] Beorganik White Pepper

8. [1/8 sdt] Beorganik Dried Oregano Leaves

9. [1/8 sdt] Beorganik Dried Thyme Leaves

10. [1/8 sdt] Beorganik Dried Rosemary Leaves

Cara Membuat

  1. Cuci Bersih Jar 300 ml yang ingin di pakai, sterilisasi dengan alkohol 70°C lalu keringkan dengan tissue sebagai tempat Fish Canning nantinya.
  2. Fillet dan di cuci bersih ikan nila tilapia, potong ikan menjadi 4 potong, lalu keringkan dengan serbet bersih atau tissue
  3. Masukan kedalam jar yang sudah di sterilisasi
  4. Tambahkan bawang putih yang sudah di iris tipis
  5. Tambahkan lemon 1 irisan tipis
  6. Tambahkan Beorganik Himalayan Salt, Beorganik White Pepper, Beorganik All Purpose Seasoning, Beorganik Dried Oregano Leaves, Beorganik Dried Thyme Leaves, dan Beorganik Rosemarry Leaves
  7. Tambahkan cooking coconut oil sebanyak 100 ml atau hingga penuh
  8. Tutup jar dengan rapat, bolak-balikan jar untuk mencampurkan seluruh komponen bahan dan juga untuk memastikan tidak ada kebocoran
  9. Rebus selama 1 Jam dengan api sedang
  10. Setelah 1 jam angkat lalu diamkan hingga mencapai suhu ruang
  11. Fish Canning siap untuk dinikmati!
