Resep Es Cendol ala Beorganik

Ingredients​

1. Daun Pandan

2. Air Mineral

3. Tepung Tapioka

4. Tepung Beras

5. Brown Sugar

6. Beorganik Vanilla Essence Powder

7. Air es dingin

8. Beorganik Coconut Cream Powder

9. Air Panas

10. Beorganik Palm Sugar Liquid

Cara Membuat

  1. Blender daun pandan dan 450 ml air lalu saring
  2. Campur bahan tepung, gula pasir, air pandan, dan aduk rata
  3. Panaskan di atas api kecil sambil diaduk, hingga mengental lalu angkat
  4. Masukkan adonan ke dalam kantung plastik, lalu siapkan air dingin
  5. Gunting ujung plastik dan teteskan ke air dingin. Lakukan sampai adonan habis. Sisihkan
  6. Campur bahan santan, masak hingga mendidih. Diamkan hingga mendingin
  7. Tuang cendol, beorganik palm sugar liquid, es batu, dan santan. Sajikan saat masih dingin
